In The Ballpark:

Adjusting the swing is very important.  For the man, it is important to adjust the height of the swing WITHOUT the lady in the swing.  This is the one adjustment that cannot be made while someone is in the swing.  Cup your package in your hand and walk up to the swing.  If it is the right height, this is called In the Ballpark!

Getting In and Out of the Love Swing:

When the lady gets in the swing, there is a right way to do this.  Place the forward edge of the swing at the beginning of your buttocks.  As you go to recline in the swing, use your elbows to push the rest of the swing behind you.  The gentleman in the following pictures helps the lady place her feet in the stirrups.

WARNING: When the lady is ready to get out of the swing, she will be very lightheaded, and will need help.  The lady grabs the spreader bar with both hands, the gentleman holds her knees together as she rolls out of the swing, and be prepared to help her stand up.  This is when you have a tender moment with each other! 

Add a Pillow for Comfort

Place a pillow in the swing for comfort, and adjust the stirrups so they are comfortable for you.
